There are two limits, so that every website on a server stays fast. First, each plan has a set amount of computing power: 1, 1.5 or 2 CPU cores and 2, 3 or 4 GB RAM. Second, each account can hold up to 250,000 files and folders, called inodes. Every email message counts as one file.

The main difference is computing power. The Basic Plan has 1 CPU core and 2 GB RAM, which is plenty for a normal website or blog. The Medium Plan has 1.5 CPU cores and 3 GB RAM, and the Pro Plan has 2 CPU cores and 4 GB RAM. More CPU and RAM lets your site serve more visitors at once without slowing down.

The other difference is terminal access. The Basic Plan doesn't include SSH, so you can't run shell commands, deploy with Git or use server-side developer tools. The Medium and Pro Plans include SSH along with Node.js, Python, Perl and Bash support and custom cron jobs, so you'll need at least the Medium Plan for Node.js apps, Python scripts, scheduled tasks or command-line Laravel work.

For blogs, small business websites, portfolios and WordPress sites, the Basic Plan is a solid choice. It includes unlimited websites, unlimited NVMe SSD storage, unlimited email accounts, free SSL, backups twice a day and all standard cPanel features, including PHP, Laravel and Softaculous.

Choose the Medium or Pro Plan if you're a developer who needs terminal access, Node.js or Python, or if your site gets heavy traffic. The Pro Plan suits agencies managing several client sites, busy WooCommerce stores and resource-heavy web applications. If you're unsure, the Medium Plan is a good balance of cost and capability.

Yes. Every web hosting plan includes free Let's Encrypt SSL for all your domains and subdomains, renewed automatically. SSL is active as soon as your account is set up, and your site redirects from HTTP to HTTPS on its own.
